Hackathon highlights 2026
The last edition brought together about 50 participants from nine countries at the Cureon building (High Tech Campus Eindhoven).
In just one weekend, teams developed solutions ranging from:
- a smart biosensor patch for wound monitoring (WoundReCoverE – 1st prize)
- a minimally invasive heart failure monitoring system (HeartLink – 2nd prize)
- a wearable patch for early ovarian cancer detection (OvaSense – 3rd prize)
A strong mix of scientific depth, creativity and real-world relevance.
